In this time of uncertainty and stress, we and our businesses must adapt for more healthful and prosperous outcomes. How do we know what the right adaptation is? In this interactive talk we will explore the notion that mindfulness practices are not just done on a cushion in a candle lit room and that we can use these practices anywhere, anytime. We will increase our awareness with the triad principle: perceive, ponder, and prosper. Getting friendly with your intuition will result in changed neurological traits and to a bigger impact on profits and well-being.
